These brownies are SO good and SO easy to make!
I used hot cocoa mix and vanilla marshmallows from XO Marshmallow! They have the CUTEST cafe in Rogers Park, and they also ship nationwide.
Here's the recipe...
For the graham cracker crust…
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- Handful of white chocolate chips (MEASURE WITH YOUR HEART)
Combine ingredients then press the mixture into the bottom of.a 9 x 13 pan!

- I followed this recipe from Food Network!
THEN… pour batter over the crust in pan and bake as instructed in the recipe!
For the ganache…
Here’s where I don’t measure (again)…
- I melted chocolate almond bark by pouring hot milk over it… Google a recipe if you’re into the measuring thing!
