Where to Eat at Borough Market

I was introduced to this foodie wonderland when I studied abroad in London nine years ago, and I had to make my grand return!

Borough Market has some of the best food in London, and you need to experience this place for yourself if you have any respect for the culinary game!

The market consists of over 100 food stalls with incredible street food. While the number of food stalls may be daunting, I have listed out a handful of spots that I tried and loved!

BREAD AHEAD BAKERY

WHAT I ORDERED: PISTACHIO DONUT

Bread Ahead Bakery is tucked away in Borough Market, but I am so glad i stumbled across this stand.

There were a ton of unique and delicious-sounding flavor options, but I went with Pistachio. This stand was absolutely worth seeking out!

FURNESS FISH MARKET

WHAT TO ORDER: PAELLA

You cannot miss Furness Fish Market. The line is probably going to be long, but it moves!

KAPPACASEIN DAIRY

WHAT TO ORDER: TOASTIE

A mix cheeses (mostly Montmogery’s cheddar) between two slices of Polaine sourdough bread and a sprinkling of onions & leek.

Kappacasein Dairy makes the best toastie (grilled cheese sandwich) in the world. It is perfectly toasted, the cheese is perfectly melted, and the onions and leek are just the icing on the cake for a perfect sandwich.

NORTHFIELD FARM

WHAT I ORDERED: HOT SALT BEEF REUBEN

When I was at Borough Market, Northfield Farm was running a special for a hot salt beef Reuben sandwich. I love a Reuben, so I had to give it a try!

SHUK;

WHAT I ORDERED: CHICKEN SHAWARMA SANDWICH

This stand is slightly off the beaten path within Borough Market, but Shuk did not disappoint! The chicken shawarma was flavored perfectly, and I loved the pita.
